Privacy

Kindred holds family names, dates, places, photographs, and papers that you and your relatives add. We also keep the email and name on your account, sign-in with Google or X, and — if you pay — the fact of a Stripe customer, never your full card number.

We use this to run the archive, to invite family, to print a book you ordered, and to send a receipt. We do not sell family trees. We do not use your relatives as advertising. Print files go to Gelato only for the order you placed.

You can edit or delete people and papers in the tree. The guardian can delete the tree. You can close the account from Account. Some records remain as long as the law or a pending print order requires.

Cookies remember that you are signed in, and which language you chose. We do not run a third-party advertising pixel. For a copy of your data, or to ask us to forget an account, write from Contact while signed in.
